Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CSV Splitter shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative action.
